Terms and Conditions

1. Customer-Provided Content

If you upload or submit artwork, text, images, or other materials (“Customer Content”) for printing, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use such content. By submitting Customer Content, you agree to defend and indemnify Beneco Packaging from any claims resulting from copyright or trademark violations.

Beneco may store Customer Content for up to 15 days, after which it may be deleted. This content is not stored for reordering and should be retained by the customer for future use.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or report content that:

  • Is offensive, illegal, or infringes on intellectual property.

  • Contains viruses or malicious code.

  • Violates our terms or applicable laws.

Beneco may disclose Customer Content if required by law or to protect our rights and users.


2. Use of Design Tools

Beneco may offer online design tools. Any designs created using our tools remain the intellectual property of Beneco or its licensors. Customers may not claim ownership of the individual elements provided within the tool.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any designs created or submitted do not infringe on third-party rights. Beneco is not liable for any infringement issues related to user-generated designs.


3. Uploaded File Requirements

For best printing results, we recommend:

  • Files be at least 300 DPI at full size (100% scale).

  • Files be submitted in CMYK with no embedded color profile. RGB files may be converted to CMYK, but Beneco is not responsible for color shifts caused by the conversion process.


4. Color Accuracy

Beneco follows industry-standard CMYK printing practices. While we aim for color consistency, exact color matching (including monitor-to-print fidelity) cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for variations due to file formatting, monitor calibration, or UV coating effects.


5. Over/Under Runs

We make every effort to deliver the exact quantity ordered. However, due to the nature of printing processes, we reserve the right to deliver up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity. If an exact quantity is essential, please plan accordingly by adjusting your order volume.


6. Order Approval and Proofing

Beneco does not automatically review customer-submitted files for errors. Customers are fully responsible for proofreading and approving all content before submitting an order.

Proofs are only provided if specifically requested during the order process. Once a proof is approved, production will begin. Delays in approval may impact the order schedule.

Beneco is not liable for errors in files submitted by customers, including but not limited to spelling, image resolution, layout, trim, or color.


7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Beneco may offer promotional codes and special offers, each with specific terms. Promo codes:

  • Are valid for a limited time.

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to past orders.

  • Do not apply to taxes, shipping, or custom quotes.

  • Are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Beneco reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.


8. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Canadian or U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Payment is required at the time of order. If credit card authorization fails, Beneco reserves the right to cancel the order without notice.

In the event of order changes that result in additional charges, those fees will be applied to the payment method on file unless another is provided.


9. Order Cancellations & Refund Policy

All Beneco products are custom-made. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If your product is defective, please report the issue within 10 business days of delivery to sales@benecopackaging.com with photos and details.
