Custom folding cartons made inside Toronto
Beneco Packaging manufactures custom printed folding cartons at Unit B, 3640 McNicoll Avenue in Scarborough — inside Toronto city limits, not a sales office for a plant somewhere else. Artwork, press, die cutting, folding and gluing all happen in Beneco’s own Ontario plants, so a Toronto brand deals with the people who actually run the job.
What Beneco prints for Toronto brands
Custom paperboard folding cartons on 18pt to 24pt SBS and recycled board, in the constructions retail actually uses: straight and reverse tuck end, tuck end auto bottom, seal end, 1-2-3 bottom, four and six corner, sleeves, trays, hanger boxes and mailer styles. Finishing is done in house — foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, soft touch, gloss and matte aqueous coating, and clear window patching with PET, PLA or acetate film.

Why location matters on a carton job
Folding cartons are bulky, low-density freight. A skid of cartons from Toronto costs a fraction of the same skid trucked from Chicago or shipped from overseas, and it arrives in days rather than weeks. The bigger difference is on press: when a Toronto customer wants to check colour, they can be standing at the press the same morning. That is not possible when the plant is offshore and the proof is a JPEG.
Pickup from the Scarborough plant is available by dock appointment. Deliveries run across the GTA — Etobicoke, North York, Vaughan, Mississauga, Markham, Scarborough and downtown.
